Along the Gulf Coast—where football Sundays feel like family gatherings and home is as much about who’s next door as what’s inside—the Super Bowl has always been more than a game. This year, Rocket and Redfin tap into that spirit with a Super Bowl LX teaser that feels refreshingly heartfelt. Trading fireworks for feeling, the campaign centers on a reimagined Won’t You Be My Neighbor?, the beloved tune from Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, brought to life through Lady Gaga’s unmistakable, soul-stirring voice.
It’s a milestone moment for Redfin, marking its first appearance in the Big Game in the company’s 20-year history—and the debut is intentionally understated. Instead of going big and loud, Rocket and Redfin lean into warmth, familiarity, and connection. The message is simple but powerful: a home isn’t just a purchase, it’s where life happens. Gaga’s performance—tender, open, and deeply human—breathes new emotion into a song that’s always been about belonging. Few artists feel as aligned with that message. Across her career, the 14-time Grammy winner has championed kindness, individuality, and emotional honesty—the same values Fred Rogers quietly taught generations.
The full campaign unfolds in a 60-second Super Bowl spot that plays like a cinematic snapshot of everyday life. Music becomes the common thread, inviting viewers to reflect on how we show up for one another in our neighborhoods—and how even the smallest acts of care can ripple outward.
“This campaign was created with a deep sense of purpose and a belief in what brings people together,” said Jonathan Mildenhall, Chief Marketing Officer at Rocket Companies. “America is at its best when we are neighborly, when we look out for one another and feel connected to the people around us. This work is about reviving belief in the American Dream and reminding people that finding a home and a community is still possible.”
That message will feel familiar to Gulf Coast viewers. Last year, Rocket’s Own the Dream Super Bowl moment turned into a shared experience when fans inside Caesars Superdome joined in a live singalong of John Denver’s Take Me Home, Country Roads. As the commercial ended, the broadcast flowed right back into the stadium, the song still echoing—transforming a 60-second ad into a moment of unity that stretched far beyond the game. The campaign earned a Cannes Gold Lion in 2025, racked up nearly 250 million social views, and sent the classic anthem climbing the Billboard charts once again—proof that the idea of home still strikes a chord.
This year, the story moves forward—from the road that leads us home to the place we arrive together. With Redfin stepping onto the Super Bowl stage for the first time, Rocket widens the lens from a single front porch to an entire neighborhood, celebrating the shared humanity that turns a place into a community.
“Mr. Rogers was for generations a heartfelt presence for children and families all over the world,” Gaga shared. “I was honored to be asked by Rocket and Fred Rogers Productions to reimagine his beloved classic Won’t You Be My Neighbor? for Rocket’s Super Bowl spot. I hope you sincerely enjoy this as much as I did, recreating it with fellow musicians and friends Alex Smith and Benjamin Rice.”
The announcement arrives as Gaga heads into another big moment of her own. She enters the 2026 GRAMMYs with seven nominations, including Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for MAYHEM, along with multiple nods for Abracadabra and Disease. She’s also nominated for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album for Harlequin. Last month, she released LADY GAGA IN HARLEQUIN LIVE – ONE NIGHT ONLY, a cinematic performance film captured at The Belasco, preserving an intimate, one-night-only show for fans.
In a Super Bowl season packed with noise and spectacle, Rocket and Redfin’s message feels like a deep breath. A familiar song. A neighborly reminder. And a truth Gulf Coast communities have always known: home starts with connection.
